 Please note your school’s order by deadline in order to receive the best package pricing and options, including free shipping to school. If you miss the order by the deadline, there will be a second sale option to order after the pictures are delivered to the school. Order by deadlines very by school and some are left open for an extended period of time to allow ample time for ordering. Once the order deadline has past, packages are printed and delivered to schools approximately one week thereafter, give or take a few days depending on time of year.

Second sale options do not include the same package options or pricing and are subject to ship-to-home fees. Some second sale galleries require a student access code, so if you did not receive an access code originally, you will need that for second sale. You can use the access code look-up feature located in the gallery link below.

ORDERING DOWNLOADS

Downloads purchased on/before the original school order by deadline are processed with all picture orders following the ordering deadline, and instructions to download are provided with picture packages and via email at that time. Therefore, do not look for download options until after pictures are delivered to school.  

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - WE CANNOT MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

We can only cancel an order entirely if we receive your written request to cancel 24 hrs. prior to the school's order by deadline. Otherwise, once orders are processed, there is nothing we can do to modify your order or cancel in any way.
